4. Intellectual Property
The App's interface design, text, icons, character designs, and related content are owned by the developer or respective rights holders. You may not copy, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without permission.
5. Disclaimer
Practice questions in the App are for learning reference only. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from device failure, system compatibility issues, improper operation, or force majeure, though we will provide reasonable assistance where appropriate.
6. Changes and Termination
We may revise these Terms and publish updates in the App or on this page. If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using the App. Continued use means you accept the revised Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may bring the matter before a court with jurisdiction where the developer is located.
